Founder and Director of Art Always, an art
school for children, teenagers and adults offering after-school
workshops, evening classes, open studio time, birthday
parties, parent and child classes, professional development
and private lessons.
Responsibilities include teaching, project and curriculum
development, business strategy, marketing, maintenance
of studio space, budgeting, ordering of supplies and community
outreach.

Deerfield Academy Summer Arts Camp (DASAC); Deerfield
Academy, MA; December 2004-Present
Head of a management team in charge of on
and off-season program planning/execution/administrative
business for an alternative community focused on experimental
and traditional arts in a 6 week, camp setting for young
adults
Responsibilities include the compilation and organization
of marketing materials; budget planning; ordering of supplies;
hiring, training, oversight and evaluation of 23 staff
members and 17 counselors in training; event planning;
teaching and oversight of 210 students; direct interaction
with parents, community members and Deerfield Academy
staff and administration
Maintains responsibilities of Painting Studio Senior Teacher
including management of the studio, daily curriculum design
and oversight of a two, three week intensive projects
in painting.
